With her nerves of steel, combat prowess, and immense healing factor, I'd be more surprised if she didn't survive. Her biggest challenge would be keeping me around, but she's a capable knight. I'd have to teach her to use a firearm and other such ranged basics. Once she gets those down, though, she's sure to be a force to be reckoned with.
Arturia would likely want something along the lines of a ZM LR-300 while I'd take something like an SVD or a VSS Vintorez so I could give supporting fire without risking myself as much.
We'd rely mainly on antiradiation and endurance enhancement artifacts, perhaps elemental resistance as necessary. Maybe bullet resistance if we're expecting something serious.
No, we don't enjoy getting extremely drunk. Arturia would object to abusing alcohol for the sake of antiradiation and instead spend the extra rubles on proper antirads -- that is, until we got our hands on some antirad artifacts.
