i wouldn't say amphibious suits get shafted, but in the case of gundam series the always make their way into space most of the time where you won't exactly need those suits

I just didn't feel the need to because Char rides in one, so it will always be a well loved machine.Also salty they made the MP real grade version a freaking P-bandai exclusive.

I always thought it was weird it had head mounted missiles. It makes perfect sense underwater, but I find the idea of him leaning down and firing his missiles to be hilarious.

The Z'gok E has one of the best burly mech designs I've ever seen, I just wish it did more in 0080 than fall off a ramp. At least the Hygogg got to appear in that gunpla anime before buildfighters and gets a lot of love from the fandom.

Z'Gok is a solid suit and the Gasshia is a space Z'gok with a gun that shoots a hammer like what the gundam swings around

The Gasshia is such a weird suit…I can get everything about it except it has claw hands that hold and fire a rifle with a flail attached to it. None of that makes sense.

Reminder that all feddie attempts at amphibious MS are either zeon knockoffs (Zaku Mariner) or GMs/gundams with parts attached. (Aqua GM, GM Sloop, Underwater Gundam)

The idea of space Acguy with micro thrusters all over it gives me the biggest mecha boner.

kek, im fairly sure i remember the z´gok doing exactly that in mobile suit gundam vs zeta gundam and i agree with you, its goofy as hell and i love it, that game is so much fun.

I loved those games. You could spam the zgok's head missles while you were in underwater crusing mode, it was great.

It holds a special place in my heart anon, cause it was the final boss of Journey to Jaburo. If it did more than die and the original series and have a cameo in Build Fighters Try, it would have more of a fanbase. I mean, it looks like a watermelon with talons, that's pretty hilarious.

God… they are never going to make a Zock or Hygogg MG aren't they? We will get five more unicorn/strike/rx-78 variants before that happens.

I liked the Cancer and Pieces because they were a neat attempt at being orginial in their design

the ASH and Zno are both really ugly looking suits that look awkward

Amphibious suits are bulkier and probably more expensive, so even if they're fucknig neat there's little point in using them if you aren't near a coastal area.
