"On the Creation of Niggers" by Howie Lovecraft. Negroes in Negroland by Hinton Rowan Helper comes to mind, too. Most of the book consists of selected quotes from African explorers talking about how worthless naggers are, with each chapter dealing with a different reason jigaboos are good for nothing.
