/liberty/ seems like slightly more of a neutral party than /pol/. What the hell is going on? I've been hearing that Republicans committed voter fraud in Arizona, I've been hearing that Democrats committed voter fraud in Broward County, Florida. Then I think there was some more in Michigan, but I don't know by which party? And maybe Texas too, but I don't know by which party either? What's going on, who's doing what?

 No.93289

Neutral or not, you getting a good answer is conditional on people here paying enough attention to the elections. I don't know where you heard taht Repubs were the ones that committed fraud in AZ, as to my knowledge the accusations have been in the opposite direction, and the sudden shift of the AZ senate election towards blue reflects that. Perhaps you read that Repubs were accusing the Dems of voter fraud, and misread? From what little I'v read, it seems that Repubs are accusing the Dems of voter fraud in both AZ and FL, on account of absentee ballots full of Dem votes just magically appearing out of nowhere. This is the first I've heard of voter fraud here in MI, unless you're talking about the 2016 election, and although I wouldn't put it past the Dems to try something like that, I've yet to see anything that might suggest this is the case. The thing that happened in 2016, by the way, is that Jill Stein called for a recount in MI, WI, and MN, and when they started recounting ballots here, they had to start throwing away massive number of Dem ballots, because Detroit niggers couldn't figure out how to fill them out and had turned in invalid ballots. On top of that some counting error by the poll workers in Detroit were revealed, and either by malice or stupidity there ended up being more ballots from Detroit than there were registered voters in the area. First I've heard of any kind of fraud in TX.

Volunteers at polling stations in Texas were letting noncitizens vote, project veritas action did one of their hidden camera videos exposing it.

Right, I remember now. Even without the Project Veritas content, it becomes quite clear just by looking at the electoral map what's going on.

Yep. "Voter fraud" is just called voting.

 No.93337

>>93304

this and I don't think I need to explain to anyone here how both predominant parties will gleefully engage in all kinds of ridiculous shit the moment the votes go in directions they don't like

voting (if it could even BE saved, as democracy is increasingly showing its vast limitations as a system) is a joke because of first past the post, the two-party dominance dynamic and an assortment of other trappings

the system the country originally had (property owners only allowed to vote) was unironically the best implementation and the fact that no one seems to realize that bothers me

>(property owners only allowed to vote)

Don't forget that they had to be male.

 No.93355

>>93352

I was under the impression that it was all property owners, and only male-only by implication, as men were the only ones who owned property.

I thought some widows owned property

Looking again, it seems you were right, my mistake.

Was Jefferson a mistake?

 No.93365

>>93364

I like Jefferson. Really, I do.

But at no point should the voting process been opened to anyone without skin in the game.

Would you let some random joe off the street vote in a boardroom meeting at your company alongside people who had stakes in the company?

Jefferson was a cool guy, his only problem was believing freedom was related to democracy. I often fantasize about what might have been were he the first Monarch of the United Confederate States.

The problem is those with skin in the game in the Federalist Party at the time included faggots like Hamilton trying to establish central banking and nationalized debt. It's always in the interest of a corrupt cabal to establish itself as the centre of power over its equals and the ideal was that the popular mass of freedom loving citizens would stop them. It became a mass of slaves instead.

Point taken. Aaron Burr should have gotten pissed off sooner.

 No.93521

It's really Blue Goldman Sachs. or Red Goldman Sachs. On a macro scale. Same for all mature democracies.

Think there's a good chance we advance to a Type 1 Civilization without realizing that the banking system was above governments during this era. Not that it matters really. People maybe would have been happier without the pantomime though. Some very worked up people out there shouting at each other.
