The closest was an article named "Somalia: Stateless and loving it", in which the author showed that Somalia has actually grown more developed and prosperous since its communist regime crashed. The article itself was fairly objective, only the title was supposed to gain instant attention. The author did not claim that Somalia was actually a free market paradise.

Point taken. I would disagree with Rothbard there. Seeing as he wrote in a time when "altruism" and "humanitarian duties" had just killed tens of millions of people, I find it hard to condemn him from an altruistic/humanitarian standpoint, however.

Then you have the problem of somebody getting to decide on a whim when someone else didn't consent, which renders the situation the same as the current cancerous laws if the judge is a christcunt/feminazi. It's doubtful that a 14-year-old who doesn't understand sex can be found outside of a special ed program because it's just not that hard to understand.

Actually it was only a few years ago. It was raised from 13 to 16 in 2015 by the same administration that criminalized citizens filming the police, so that gives an idea of what their motivations were.
