Realistically, Ancapistan would be much like a normal society except most things will probably be a lot less expensive (ie: Healthcare), people would probably have a far easier time doing business and even better, most businesses around the world would (in addition to functioning there) probably use it as a tax haven, so it would theoretically become sort of the new Switzerland.

Pretty much this. Anarchocapitalism is a philosophy concerned with the use of force. Besides prohibiting the initiation of it, it doesn't say anything about what society should look like, what religion people should follow, how charitable they ought to be, or how they should treat their families. You can be an anarchocapitalist and a radical altruist, it just makes for an odd combination, but not a contradictory one. As such, two ancap societies may look very different.

We are already there, just need to remove a few million commies and statists before we can get comfy.

How do you argue against fever dreams?

 No.78851

>>78846

You can start by not huffing gasoline like a nigger and actually reading a book longer than ten pages. Perhaps then you might find yourself able to comprehend (and possibly even argue against in a cohesive manner) points that are not your own.

Then again that's probably the real fever dream in all this.

 No.78854

>>78846

>First of all, man, you're feverous. Think about it. Is what you saw really possible? Just ask yourself how a tiger could have come into your room when the door was closed the whole time!

That is how you argue against it. Sorry, your metaphor doesn't work.

>>78851

Also this. I don't expect everyone to be able to write posts with citations, but is it so hard to just, like, pick up a fucking book?

If assuming rape by current definitions, it would be 5 times greater due to ancap ideology, but half as much without curryniggers, so:

Uber: 5

Bus: 125

Taxi: 33

Bikes: 20

But since ancaps consider children property and think statutory rape isn't real rape, you can just take out 4/5ths of that and divide by 5. So yes, the number of "ancap rapes" will be lower than "statist rapes".

>But since ancaps consider children property and think statutory rape isn't real rape,

Hwat? You can own caretaker's rights, not a living person, be it a child or an adult. There was never any consensus on children being property to declare it so. The only real problem AnCaps have is defining an objective legal age of consent, which nobody has successfully done yet.

 No.79206

>>79205

>The only real problem AnCaps have is defining an objective legal age of consent, which nobody has successfully done yet.

I always assumed that there would be no objective legal age, either for consent or for adulthood. It would either be determined on a case-by-case basis through court, in which the arbiter is tasked with determining whether or not the child or children is mentally competent and had actualized self-ownership. The only point an arbitrary age limit could reasonably be set is by an insurance company's regulations, which would vary from firm to firm. I could even see some firms adopting a progressive system, with different repercussions based on age, e.g. the "borderline years" for argument's sake let's call it 15-17 would just result in a temporary rates hike for reckless behavior, all the way to maximum repercussions at the other end of the spectrum.
