like the other anon said, many of the blacks now living in Africa are descendants of people who migrated to South Africa after the arrival of European settlers. The whites currently living in South Africa have mostly been in the country for generations. Without the white settlers there would be no such country as "South Africa." Besides, even under apartheid the whites gave land to blacks so they could have their own space to develop separately.
