Then all ranks are added up for each candidate, the candidate who scores the lowest is removed from each ballot, and then their points are assigned to the highest-ranked candidate on that ballot upon the candidate's removal, if multiple candidates have the highest rank on a ballot at this point, the candidate's points are instead divided evenly among them, if the number of points cannot be evenly divided among the highest-ranked candidates on the ballot, points are removed until the highest non-zero number where the division can take place is reached before the distribution of points is made, and if that isn't possible either, points will instead be added until the lowest number which can be evenly divided by the highest-ranked candidates on the ballot is reached before the distribution of points is made, this process is repeated until only one candidate remains, this is the "Condorcet" part, to avoid multiple candidates with the same end vote, and thus requiring us to hold another election, the natural votes are simply added again to each candidate as non-transferable votes before the counting begins (meaning that each point assigned directly to the candidates by the voter on each ballot are worth two, but those points go back to being only worth one when they are transferred to another candidate - the extra votes given to a natural vote are removed before transference in the case of a candidate's removal), this is because those voters who gave a higher natural score to a candidate demonstrated clear preference for them, and if the tie continues to the end, the first candidate to reach the final score wins, as less degrees of separation are also indicators of clear preference, but this time among groups of voters instead of individual voters.

The electoral branch, which sets the rates of the flat tax for the department of representation, and which has command over the department of representation.

All of the individuals elected to any branch positions shall only be permitted to serve a single term, once a term has been served, they None of them shall be paid for their services.

Taxation: All taxes shall be issued on each eligible citizen every march 1st, all individuals who are unable to afford to pay the tax will be given an exemption from paying it, however, if anyone is found guilty of refusing to pay their taxes despite being capable of doing so, they will be convicted of theft, it will be possible for individuals to arrange to have their employers pay their taxes for them out of their paychecks.

Military: Our military will be purely defensive and isolationist, we will not attack unless the nation is attacked, or has reasonable cause to believe it is about to be attacked, in such a situation we will never negotiate or surrender, and fight until we retake our territories, and the enemy is willing to terminate all hostilities.

Intelligence: Our intelligence will be purely defensive and isolationist, it will exist only to discover any external threats to the nation, all gather info must be heavily reviewed by multiple (at least five) independent reviewer agents, and all reviewers must come to the same conclusion independently before being accepted as true, should a reviewer express any doubts, thorough investigations shall be conducted until these doubts are resolved in either the affirmative or negative.

Immigration: Our immigration policy is thus, anyone may apply for citizenship, but anyone applying from a country with an average IQ that is below 90 will automatically be turned down, furthermore, to be accepted for an immigrant citizenship, applicants must demonstrate that they possess an IQ of at least 90 (as determined by the IQ test included in all application processes).

Travel: All visitors must apply for and receive a visitation license before being allowed into the country, the visitation license will list the data of an ID, but look vastly different, and also contains a new set of data; the arranged duration of their visitation, from their complete date of arrival to their complete date of departure, if any non-citizen is found in the country who does not have their visitor's license, and does not have a visitor's license listed for the identity, or any non-citizen who has a visitor's license, but is staying in the country outside of the arranged duration of their visit, they will be immediately deported, but if their country of origin is unknown, and they refuse to disclose it, they will be sent to a prison just for the violators of this law, until they have disclosed their country of origin, at which point, they will be deported, this prison differs from the prisons for natural citizens, as it is simply made to hold them until they decide to talk, not to rehabilitate them, and will have the approximate quality of a one-star motel, that is, as shitty as can be without violating any human rights or basic standards, the food will all be of one-star quality as well, and the security will be tight enough to prevent escape or jailbreak, but not so tight as to become intrusive on the personal privacy of the prisoners.

Alternative Immigration + Travel: We will have a closed country for 25 years, during this period, no one except the politicians, their security, the military, and the intelligence services will be permitted to cross the borders, whether to enter or leave the country, this restriction also prohibits all exports and imports of goods and services, a wall will be constructed around all the borders of the country, including along it's coasts, and will be patrolled by armed immigration control officers, any foreigners who happen to be in the country, for any reason, when the closed country is declared will be held within the country, and made into citizens, anyone who attempts to enter following this declaration will be deported, anyone who attempts to leave will be arrested and criminally prosecuted as a violator of the law.

Labour: There will be only one economic regulation, with all other economic regulations being abolished and severely prohibited, all citizens who are under the age of 12 are prohibited from being employed by a business or from employing others, although an exception will be made for jobs which could only be performed by an individual within a certain age range, such as a child actor in a show or movie, in such cases, the money they earn will go to a bank account in their name, which they will gain access to when they turn 12, instead of going to their parents or legal guardians.

Police + Courts: The Deluth model of rape and domestic violence will be abolished and prohibited, instead, officers dealing with rape or domestic violence will investigate the crime as they would any other, taking care to ensure the same standards are being applied, first, to establish that the crime occurred, and then to establish who initiated the crime, then collecting sufficient evidence to make an arrest, all before arresting the initiator of aggression upon the other involved party/parties (even if the rapist or abuser was female), all members of the police and the courts will be made aware of the natural biases that human beings, male and female, have in favor of female humans, especially the sexually attractive ones, or towards female children, and also made resistant to the influences gynocentric bias will have on their judgements, however, care will also be taken to ensure that they do not overcompensate as well.

Also, upon a conviction, all evidence in each case will be returned to the owner at the point just before the object's involvement in the crime, even in situations where the objects was used in the commitment of the crime, the legal system will not be permitted to retain possession of the objects until at such a point where they would auction them off for profit.

Prisons: When a natural citizen is convicted of a crime, they will not be given a maximum time spent confined in a normal prison, instead, their criminal behavior will be treated like a symptom of an underlying natural or environmental cause (basically, like a mental patient), they will be sent to a facility dedicated to rehabilitating them to the point where they can be reasonably determined to be unlikely to commit another crime if they were released, they will be assigned to a team consisting of a psychiatric worker and a social worker who are both professionals in a field dedicated to the rehabilitation of convicts, who will be referred to as "patients", the team will work together to rehabilitate their patient, and will have complete control over when the patient is released, and will only release them when they have reasonably determined that the patient is unlikely to commit a criminal offense following their release, he team will abide by all the practices and standards of the medical community, and must consult with their greater community on all judgements, especially the judgement to release, should a patient be determined to be a lost cause, and always at risk of committing crimes against another person if they were to be released, such as some serial killers or child molesters, they will instead be able to be given the death penalty, the method of execution being performed by putting them under complete anesthesia, and having surgeons terminate their life functions in the fastest, cheapest, and most certain manner possible, the body will then be sold on the free market, the profits from doing so given over to the penal institution, however, before capital punishment may be proscribed, the decision must be independently reviewed by at multiple other teams with all personally identifying data expunged (to prevent prisons from devolving into killing patients for profits).

Miscelllaneous Laws: The primary functions of the police will be to protect citizens from the crimes of aggression, theft, breach of contract, and fraud as defined by property laws, property laws will only consider physical property as eligible to be legally defined as property for their purposes; all laws concerning intellectual property, be they copyright, patent, or trademark, will be prohibited, as the result of contracts between private parties, trade secrets will be enforced under the laws concerning "breach of contract".

Statutory rape and variations: it will be illegal for any individual under 12 to consent to "sexual activity" with any individual over the age of 12, even if they are only over the age of 12 by one second (see "abortion" for when this transition in age occurs), therefore, if anyone willingly engages in "sexual activity" with an individual under 12, it becomes "statutory rape", which is more severe than "armed rape", but if objects, including articles of clothing, are used it becomes "armed statutory rape", which is even more severe than "statutory rape", and, if the sexual activity with the individual under the age of 12 would also qualify as "rape" if enganged in with an individual over the age of 12, that is, has not provided their consent to the sexual activity, or has requested that the sexual activity be ended, and the offender has not complied with this request, the crime becomes "forceful statutory rape", which is more severe than "armed statutory rape", the most severe form of "rape" being "forceful armed statutory rape", achieved by acts such as making contact with the genitals of an individual under 12 using an object against the victim's wishes.

3.) Abortion: Abortion of a developing fetus will be illegal, anyone who terminates the life of an unborn child will be charged with murder, human life will defined as beginning at the point when:

A.) A human egg has been fertilized by a human sperm.

And

B.) The united egg and sperm are within the womb of a human legal female, or in an active artificial womb, for the first time, thus beginning it's development into a human being from age 0, birthdays will be set at this date of conception.

4.) Infant circumcision: Surgically altering the genitalia of any individual under the age of 12 without immediate medical necessity for doing so is illegal, and will be charged as an act of torture of a child by sexual mutilation unless an immediate medical necessity of the amputation can be demonstrated for that case, this applies to individuals under the age of 12 with all genital configurations, including those with intersexed genitalia, to whom the chromosome-based assignment of legal sex will still apply.
