If not for Clinton's ownership of the democratic party a socialist would be president. We obviously didn't beat them during the cold war, we "won" because socialism is such an inherently terrible ideology that their system collapsed on its own.

In 1941 the soviets were winning while you gave 2.2% of the war effort. Thanks for the boots and sugar though, and the trucks were a bit of a help.

I didn't see any American weapons at the front. Most war production was made in Siberia.

Communism evolved, (China, Vietnam, Cuba) Communists can have peaceful coexistence with Capitalists. (Open trade is important)

Wasn't it Japan that started this? That story was overblown and overdramatized. People commit suicide in Japan all the time, these workers just did it in the company. That's why the company built safety nets and created a 24/7 suicide hotline for its employees, but you seldom hear the latter part because it sounds, you know, compassionate and caring.
