[Political thread rather than explicitly libertarian]
I have always seen that people in imageboards are inclined to think that civilizations can and will still rise and fall int he modern age(If they ever think about it), but I do not think its necessarily true now.
Our times are relatively different, we have "kingdosm" or nations fall, such as communist nations failing economically, nobody thinks to ransack them. Even though many people die, the concept of the nation being the same does not seem to change. I do believe things are different in (relatively) recent times, and we will not see any kingdoms rise or fall within the span of, say, 100 years? 200? Even if you argue "the feminists will destroy islands and shit", people will survive and start again in those areas, no foreign kingdom invasions except form maybe the downfallen country itself.
