The republicans dont want to change and Trump is a sign of that so of course they didnt want him in even if he agrees with a lot they say. so they like the DNC tried for fight the outsider canidates but didnt rig theirs and let the people decide. Right now some republicans are jumping ship and saying they cant support him but even ted cruz is standing firm with trump after his endorsement and many more. the effects are yet to be measured in the longer term i will give you that though truth be told and he was on the ropes before the tapes came out coming up to the second debate

He put the MSMbias hashtag cause he is saying msm is on clintons side and not a news organization which should be neutral
The whole reason people like trump isn't because establishment candidates like him people want change and they see all these old republicans saying they dont support him and dont care it didn't matter in the primaries and it wont matter now
Look at brexit. All signs people use to determine outcomes event he markets were pointing to a remain vote and it didn't happen because the people wanted it to happen. Look at brexit to see that "impossible" things can happen this year. Look at Austria too and their election

there are flukes in everything. consistently losing through the weeks isnt a problem with the metrics
just manage your expectations. i know people like an underdog

They aren't a recent discovery they had them for 11 years they didn't have a reason to release them till now. when they needed to strike at trump.
I didn't say he was a messiah I am just saying they want him.
Brexit wasnt a fluke it was a sign to not trust the normal metrics and media. Because they don't represent the people and polls can be designed to have a certain outcome and it didnt defeat the spirit of the voters like it was supposed to
I can live with trump losing as in the end the president has limited power and the true important elections are local ones and the only important thing about trump winning is it may spark a change and oust incumbent congressmen who have been in power for far to long and that could still happen as this election has riled up more people to vote.

People hate politicians. Hating insiders is obvious politicians are meant to represent the people and when they stop doing that and start representing themselves and there interests which always happens they stop being like by people. people don't like politicians especially the ones who have been in forever as they become that.

All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.
To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now."
They are saying right there normally this gets a conviction but cause she didnt mean to break the law its okay. Mind you any crime and anyother person who breaks the law " I didn't know I was breaking the law" is not a valid legal defense, Plus its now known she used bleachbit to destroy the emails and there is no way you accidentally destroy evidence you are subpoenaed for unless you actively know you broke the law.

in other words she is |nnocent of criminal misconduct, yes.
bleachbit is the type of tool someone would run who's conscious of cleaning old shit off their system. if you're familiar with defraggler is a lot like that. were someone to try to cover their tracks would likely pay for and use a much more expensive, specialized data destruction tool.

ill wrap this up because ive been talking about this sortve thing for hours i can tell it is annoying for people to watch and id like to go onto other things today i hope you can understand
the idea of using a private communications hub is something that many secretary of states have used before. condalezza rice did it, for example. the "smoking gun" that conservatives claim makes hillary's illegal is firstly that she set up an entire private server for the issue – which is not illegal – and secondly that she was grossly mishandling classified files at the time. there are only two or three files which can be accurate attributed to her server as being classified and because there is no evidence that the server was breached and the relatively minimal nature of the exposure, multiple agencies and committees, despite their best efforts, have failed to find wrongdoing on her part. if republicans really believed she did something illegal, wouldn't they be able to prove it?
it's not like she was subject just to democrats; republicans control both houses of congress, which have oversight committees which grilled her.
also the fbi, also presidential scrutiny, etc.
now most conservatives at this point protest, "well condalezza and co. didn't delete 30k emails and lie about classified documents!" and you're absolutely right, they didn't and she's a snake for having done it. but she has never explicitly lied under oath, and it's impossible to prove the documents she white-washed were classified. so skeevy? yes. potentially illegal? sure. definitively illegal and deserving of prosecution – or even able to be prosecuted? not in the slightest.

Whatever if you are okay with someone commiting a crime and getting away with it when others with no intent did similar crimes like the sailor who took pics of a submarine but got convicted thats fine but shes not In nocent
Which is why they have been able to recover the emails
The person they had incharge of clearing the data didnt have much knowledge based on his reddit posts asking for help. so no surprise he doesn't chose the best and most expensive service either way it was deleted after a subpoenaed asking for the emails.
You are splitting hairs now, She is responsible for her teams action and to think she didnt order it is silly. Even if she is lewd of the order to delete them she is still guilty of having classified information on a unclassified server.

2 or 3 is still illegal just like soldiers and sailors have been jailed over
I am aware republicans did it I have never made excuses for them and they did not receive any classified emails on them that were proven. Clinton did its that simple thats the crime it is a crime and intent or not its illegal and can not be done by anyone except her and other elites.

"splitting hairs" is significant legally speaking. and did they have every single email spilled over in multiple bipartisan investigations? of course not. there's no precedent for clinton's investigation, so since you've gotten to talking about "double standards" there's one for you. but since you seem to disdain the specifics of the law – y'know, the thing you're also defending the use of – let's speak outside its technicalities. why are people so rabid about the servers exactly? there's no evidence of pay to play and no clear benefits of having classified documents on private servers when she already had access to them (unless you want to get into some serious conspiracy theories like she's selling secrets to russia, in which case, shouldn't she have been less cavalier with her security?). i find the narrative funny that in one breath hillary is too tired to do anything at all and yet they can't accept the notion she simply wanted to make her life easier. it'd be one thing if you went after the clinton foundation, which actually has pay-to-play and a much stronger case for litigation in my opinion, but no, it's always the servers. as i've explained, and as we seem to have come to some consensus, at the very least clinton can't be prosecuted with the information we have now – otherwise, repubs would've done it. ethically, i'd like to hear a justification for why it's of interest if she hasn't done anything legally wrong, which, whether or not you like it, the ineffectual nature of the republican congress proves she hasn't.

People go after the servers for one reason its clear she broke the law and if you think there is no precedent for having classified information on a unclassified device that's wrong. Its a big deal and its told all the time not to have classified information on a non classified device in the military there is constantly messages on non secure devices basically saying ACCESSING CLASSIFIED INFORMATION HERE IS ILLEGAL and trust me ive seen the IT side of it and have had a secret clearance and all that is done to make shit secure and what can be used where. so to say its okay for the secretary of state to have it on here server cause even if its just 3 it is not okay and especially to say she didnt know is silly cause there is no way they dont tell the SoS the laws of classified information. She committed a crime doesn't matter if it was one classified sentence its that simple the FBI didn't recommend to prosecute its own agents now are upset they have been politicized. Thats why people are upset about the servers.
Yeah people do want them to go after the clinton foundation too but the government wont right now
Either way the point is its still okay for trump to say she belongs in jail cause she does

i said there's no precedent for her investigation, not the use of classified information. no one has had a witchhunt gone on like this, and i'd wager that if you looked at all of the files passing hands in devices from other people who have done the same thing as her, you'd probably find classified info there as well. we'll never know, and because it's not able to be litigated against, there's nothing that can be done, even if i find the two-faced nature of such condemnations repulsive – yet i don't make the claim that every republican ever to use a similar server should be prosecuted because not only is it a waste of time, we also have a system of law to handle this kind of stuff. if the democrat-led government felt it had the means and reason to prosecute, it would, but it doesn't, because it can't. the reason i bring this up is because this is the same case with hillary – neither of us have the context, resources, background, or legitimacy to argue that she should or should not be locked up. would i complain if she were? of course, because i think it's a retarded law, especially given the retroactive nature of many of these "classified" documents republicans are nagging about. but would i say i know more than an entire republican congress, the fbi, and the attorney general? not in the slightest. that's what trump is doing. he's saying that he's seen enough to know she did something wrong and to pass judgment on it, depsite not having a legal background, despite contributing to her campaign, despite having committed his own illegal and disqualifying money laundering in cuba, ad nauseum. even if there was some magical arrow that could clinch the investigation that a frenzied republican congress couldn't close – despite becoming essentially republican jesus if they could – donald trump sure as hell has no place to make that judgment, and it's extremely concerning that we have a candidate saying he alone can pass judgment, especially against a political opponent.
