The tricky thing about blackmail is that there is no reason to believe they won't just go back on their word and expose you even if you pay them. There is nothing you can do to stop them from posting your nasty secrets so you just have to accept the loss. Don't pay them.

Why would a blackmailer keep their word and keep your secret, instead of asking for more? The fact that they're blackmailing in the first place should tell you that they're not someone to be trusted.

All you can do is make it seem like you don't really care, that they don't really have power over you, and ignore them.

Or if you manage to get some of their personal info, you can blackmail them back about exposing them as blackmailers. If you can let their families and boss know what they're doing, then it's you who have the power.

can't you report this the cops? or pay a good hacker to somehow gain access to this pc or mobile. i think it's called a r.a.t, it's a basically a key logger but better.

Their 'demand' to delete the conversation belied the confidence they're trying to show. Tell them to go look up how heavy of a charge CP distribution carries in their country (assuming nudes). Maybe tell them the amount of data Google is keeping behind the entity that registered that address.

Or maybe don't tell them that, and send the FBI a tip anyway.
