To get things started, I was frustrated that the dimmer switch of my new livingroom made it impossible to install my ceiling fan there, but now that I got a Vive equipment set up, I realize that if the fan was where I wanted it, it would definitely have been pummeled to splinters and glass shards by players flailing under it.

Last year I bought a car for Mad Max -style tuning, but it turns out the Finnish law made most of the planned modifications implausibly difficult so I settled to just welding fins on it. I was very depressed about that until I moved to a new city with highway connections, where most of my driving happens at high speeds and the aerodynamics matter a lot more than at my old hometown. If I had managed to do what I originally planned, my car would have been impractically uneconomic where I currently live.

A stupid lady pulled her car into mine when she illegally entered the round a bout. But i avoided her. It's probably because i am skilled and paid attention to everything in my vision. But lucky i guess cuz it could have been worse i guess

Never.

Not once has "luck" ever been on my side. If anything, it's the very opposite. 43 years of this shit. 43 years of extremely bad luck.

This may sound like goofy woo-woo shit, but try doing nice things, good deeds, even very tiny ones – smaller than even donating $1 to a homeless shelter like arranging items on a grocery store shelf back right. And every time you do, think the following to yourself or mutter under your breath:

"May the merits of this deed be shared by all beings."

Just do it. Don't expect anything to happen except to feel dumb, but keep doing it over and over and over…

The road is being "upgraded" so to speak in the village where i live, and i didn't know that the bus did not go around due to this like it should. This morning when i made it to the bus stop pretty much just in time, i saw the notice which pointed a streets over, so i kind of rushed to the place and as it turned out, the bus itself was late due to work they began near one of the village entrances, and due to that i was just able to reach it just in time.
