Immediately conduct routine raids on the mainland for women and materiel and very young children, and all the civilian women must bear several kids to the state. Naval training from the time they're weaned using the crews of our ships as the core. All the people too old to be trained will be doing all the grunt work, fishing etc.
In 20 years or so, we'll have enough crews for a whole fleet. Slip into port under some flag of truce, capture their fleet, and sail off. Destroy from the sea any potential threat to the island, and ramp up the efforts. No recruiting of mainlanders over the age of 2, only for childbearing and labor.
Eventually our pirate nation will control all of the coastal regions, sending all of the materiel to our island where the training will continue. Offer softer vassalage to the cuckservatives in exchange for supplying all of the materiel for the physical removal of communists. If they don't, make life slightly more uncomfortable for them and ask again.
Sure this will take 30 or so years, and will completely destroy the economy of the country, but you will have created a proper pirate aristocracy that will defend the country from communism for over 9000 months.

Firstly secure food,weapon,and ammo production and begin construction of coastal defenses. After that begin refurbishing a handful of fighters and a helicopter, next i'd begin trade with the centrist-right union and eventually negotiate terms to invade commies/gov rems without being attacked by the CRU. Begin refurbishing all aircraft and constructing 2 corvettes with traded resources from CRU, after they're complete begin raiding the mainland for recruitable whites,resources, and weapons. After enough land has been secured establish farmland and a new border. Keep expanding the border and manufacturing more weapons, aircraft, naval vessels, etc until a sizeable chunk of the mainland has been captured and cleansed then one day for no reason at all
