>Missouri may have just made the most monumental step towards freedom and individual liberty since the signing of the Bill of Rights. In an upcoming vote by Missouri’s state senate, the state is expected to pass a bill that would nullify ALL Federal gun laws and regulations, and make enforcement of those laws by federal officers within the State of Missouri a criminal offense. Republicans control both U.S. Senate seats and more than two-thirds of the seats in both the Missouri House and Senate.
>Like it’s predecessor, SB613, Bill SB367 and it’s companion, House Bill HB786, would prevent all state agencies and their employees from enforcing any federal law that infringes the Second Amendment in any way, including gun registrations, fees, fines, licenses and bans. Originally authored in 2014, a former version of the bill was also passed, but vetoed by then Missouri Governor Jay Nixon.
All federal acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, court orders, rules, and regulations, whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people’s right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the United States I and Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution shall be invalid in this state, shall not be recognized by this state, shall be specifically rejected by this state, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect in this state.”
>For added measure, SB367’s authors went into great detail on what federal laws will be “considered null and void and of no effect.”
<(a) Any tax, levy, fee, or stamp imposed on firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition not common to all other goods and services which might reasonably be expected to create a chilling effect on the purchase or ownership of those items by law-abiding citizens;
<(b) Any registering or tracking of firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition which might reasonably be expected to create a chilling effect on the purchase or ownership of those items by law-abiding citizens;
<(c) Any registering or tracking of the owners of firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition which might reasonably be expected to create a chilling effect on the purchase or ownership of those items by law-abiding citizens;
<(d) Any act forbidding the possession, ownership, or use or transfer of a firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition by law-abiding citizens; and
<(e) Any act ordering the confiscation of firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition from law-abiding citizens

You do it in the same way sanctuary cities do it, but apply it to an entire state. Unless the fed is willing to go down to Missouri and spank you, they're tough out of luck. They can't enforce federal laws without the sates helping them. People are finally starting to understand that they don't have to take federal cock in the ass if they have control at the state level.

Not really. The states actually have more leeway and have precedence in a federal court of law on these sort of legal issues. They can pass any laws they want. The issue in enforcing them is that if they allow shit to go through, they risk having their funding destroyed. Colorado had a similar issue when they legalized pot. They can't have their funding from the federal budget destroyed, but the three letter agencies are funded through some congressional back doors and are technically tied to the Executive branch instead of the Legislative branch even though they make laws, so if you piss off the ATF, they can't ban you from selling automatic firearms to 10 year olds, but they can most certainly tell public housing to cut all welfare, or the DoT to invalidate all CDLs from that state, or the DoE to remove all student loans. In theory the states could also go around this too. Missouri could make an agreement with Kansas that their state-side DoTs will recognize/reciprocate each other's CDLs, they will just in essence be cut off from interstate commerce.

They can refuse to enforce it. It's just like 'legalized' weed or 'sanctuary cities'. What they can't do is stop federal agents from enforcing it, but as it's been said upthread, the Fed can't be everywhere and largely relies on the cooperation of local law enforcement to get anything done.

Oh sorry, I completely missed your point. I thought you were asking what keeps the feds from rolling in with the military and telling the state to cut that shit out.
>so what stops the FBI or the ATF from ignoring the state law and keep enforcing the Federal law?
The number of agents. The FBI could handle one or two cities, but not one or two states. The ATF is in an even worse state of affairs. Going back to the pot example, the FBI could at any time go to Colorado and raid every single pot shop, farm, and processing facility, and claim their funds as drug money fun fact: Pot Shops aren't allowed to store money in the bank and have to illegally use a safety deposit box to store their cash because of federal regulations. This is a widely known secret but the banks can't technically stop them. The reason they don't is because:
A) It would create a huge lawsuit against the feds that could potentially get pot legalized via the Supreme Court or lead to mass rioting if the SCOTUS ruled against the pot shops.
B) Require basically the entire department's budget up-front and risk losing a very large number of agents due to angry pot farmers.
Now imagine automatic weapons instead of pot leafs.

>Pot Shops aren't allowed to store money in the bank and have to illegally use a safety deposit box to store their cash because of federal regulations.
Also state tax offices were very unprepared to handle pallets of cash generated by the tax payments. I recall a handful of states were trying to setup credit unions to solve this, if they aren't doing inter-state transactions then they won't be subjected (((fed))) regulations (or something along those lines).

119ac5 No.666051

Most of the failings that took down Yugoslavia are problems with the second (Tito's) incarnation of the state.
Royal Yugoslavia was much closer to a Serb Hegemony whereas SFRY (until Milosevic who fucked things up in a different way) was run from Belgrade with a tremendous bias against Serbs (Tito preventing Serbs to return to Kosovo, Tito bribing Shqips to replace them, drawing the borders of the SFRs deliberately to weaken Serb influence, removing Serbian industry and placing it in the other republics as was done with the auto industry, aviation industry, and nuclear program among others).
You could successfully or at least reasonably stably reintegrate these countries as a Great Serbia and place 99% of all Serb areas in one state. Make Kosovo, Montenegro, Republika Srpska, FYROM (before being ethnically cleansed by Tito and the Shqips, Serbs were as much as 30 percent of FYROM and FYROM people speak a dialect called Torlakian which is old Stokavian and a transitional dialect between Serbian and Bulgarian), Krajina (Serb areas of Dalmatia and Slavonia) all part of the Serbian entity with regional governance like is the case with Vojvodina. Then the Bosniaks get a limited autonomy entity (Herzegovina is under local Croat governance so they are not chained to the mudslimes as it is now), Croatia (now pared back to the Karlovac line) gets a higher degree of autonomy along with Slovenia and the end result is a Great Serbia that like Great Britain contains reasonably degrees of autonomy for its (Wales and Scotland) analogous entities. This takes the northern border into compliance with what was promised at the 1915 treaty of London
What this accomplishes is a strong state in the Balkans that will not be stepped on by east or west; a regional power that is able to protect Croatia and Slovenia from being whored out to the EU (apparently there are 4 times as many tourists than Croats in country during peak season), something sufficiently worthwhile to give the diaspora a reason to return, and something like 26 million people brought into one country that has the potential to be the third or fourth largest Slavic country by population.
Also EU fags should love this because it cuts off the Balkans route to Rapefugees and Shqips.

A country being big in size doesn't necesseraly means it will cut rapefugee route. If you don't have the willingness from your governments part, it simply won't happen no matter how much clay you posses. And a great territorial size isn't going to stop a country to be whored out to globalist mistery meat organizations, just look at how much Ukraine is trying to get into both the NATO and the EU, and they are already as big (if not bigger) than Yugoslavia ever was.

no
>After 1954's Operation Wetback there was no increase in lettuce and tomato prices or any shortages, or any increase in Help Wanted ads for dishwashers etc it regions most effected.
yes, you are absolutely right.
The key here is cost incidence.
>beaners deported
>people replace them in their jobs or position is done by fewer more efficient people
>demand at a given price and other economic factors ensure lettuce and tomatoes are at the same price and availability
But meanwhile at globohomo farming incorporated the board is throwing a shit fit because they now have to have some degree of labor relations instead of atomized and interchangeable beaners, the cost of producing the tomatoes increased but they could not sell them for much more. So holy shit! we have to take a few cents less profit!
The people didn't pay more, because the particulars of these markets (some degree of price inelasticity) made it so the increased cost came out of globohomo farming's end instead of John Q. Public.
That is why globohomo farming inc. needs beaners in this case. And the desire for welfare dependent, Social program/control enabling, welfare consuming beaner voters that the other party needs as a cudgel against the white man is well documented.

In case it hasn't been posted yet: These links will show you the current bills

Here in Missouri flag is probably UK our General Assembly convenes in January and adjourns at the end of May. Barring our Governor calling a special session (which might have happened in this instance under Greitens) or the GA petitioning for a session, its Adjourned Sine Die, without date, until January 2020. The House bill wasn't referred to committee until mid-May, while the Senate bill moved quite quickly and is 26th in line for Perfection, where the Senate will argue about the bill and try to suss out the details. So basically, you probably aren't hearing anything about this bill for another 6 months.
Missouri's Senate is currently 24R-10D. The House is 116R-47D. Republicans have been trending upwards for the past couple decades, and we recently outed Claire McCaskill during the "blue wave". Most people you talk too are fairly conservative, but also uninformed, so most I've asked about this bill were unaware or skeptical due to how fantastical it sounds. Gun owners are everywhere out here. Most people aren't worried about school shootings, since our shitty equipment is more likely to kill our children than shooters (seriously, a kid died a couple months back cause an old 50s era folding table fell on him) but expect that to change within the next 3 months when a shooting mysteriously happens here in Missouri. The big anti-gun push around here currently is that niggers come from Chicongo to buy guns and take them back, but frankly, that's their fault for cucking Illinois out of their weapons, and we will happily continue supplying weapons to genocide that hellhole.
The big thing that would help to give this bill legitimacy is solidarity with other states. Marijuana legalization has shown a glaring weakness in the Federal Government's ability to control states through fear of cut funding or sending feds to raid you. If other states starting moving similar bills basically challenging the feds to fuck with them, then our chances increase of enforcement going poorly and judicial fuckery being minimized.
I should emphasize two things about Missouri. One, we as a state went to war with the Mormons and suffered no consequences for permanently evicting over 10 thousand "US citizens" from our lands. Two, we have a massive letter basically declaring our sovereignty written directly into the beginning of our constitution, and hold to this whole "Union" thing the way our Founders intended. Professors will kvetch about how it's unconstitutional. The law is what's enforced, and as far as I see it, we're intent on changing what gets enforced here in the Ozarks.

That's just niggers getting killed by playground equipment that they've been abusing
>but expect that to change within the next 3 months when a shooting mysteriously happens here in Missouri
It happens all the time, but we can't be bothered if it's niglets getting killed
t.lives in the good white part of St Louis
>I should emphasize two things about Missouri
You should also emphasize Bloody Kansas where we raided Kansas before the Civil War

It is tempting, but I can't imagine living anywhere other than my shithole state. It's like stockholm syndrome. Also going from the ocean state to a landlocked state would be quite a jump.

Mighty MO isn't landlocked. It's connected directly to the Gulf through the Mississippi Delta. Buy a boat.

In Kansas we also have a “fuck the feds lmao” law called the Kansas firearms protection act or something. Here’s how it goes down:
>officer fudd sees your deadly ‘salt rifle
>he knows you don’t NEED an muchine gun, all you need is a single shot thuddy ought to shoot duhr!
>sir that there ayyy arrr 47 can’t be legal
>books your ass
>when you go to FEDERAL court the FEDERAL judge who enforces FEDERAL law gives you a one way ticket to nigger rape city.
The thin blue line saves the day once again
