since the US is on the verge of going full California when Zognald is ejected, I'm getting more worried about ammo than guns. What is ammo like in Commiefornia? Is it as widely available as in Red states? Is there an excise tax on it? Are there waiting periods? Can you buy it online? It must be shipped to a FLL? What is the red tape?

also, is the red tape on factory ammo the same as on reloading supplies? Could /k/ just side step Commiefornia ammo regulation entirely by reloading and buying the ammo piecemeal and then loading ourselves?

Unless something tangible happens in the next year he should be fine as long as he stops fucking up with the whole Israel thing.

>What is ammo like in 'State that shall not be named'?

Seeing as I don't live there because I have self respect but have a generally good idea from information I've absorbed in passing, probably no actual rules on the book but seeing as companies can enforce non-laws (even in my state) there's probably some impeding in the process.

>is it as widely available as in red states?

Is that a rhetorical question?

>Is there an excise tax on it?

Yes, guns and ammo.

>Are there waiting periods?

No, but once again you'll be impeded by some means if not outright denied.

>Can you buy it online?

Yes but they've changed it since Jan 1st so now it has to go to a registered dealer first like online firearm purchase, where they'll also charge you (to further impede)

>What is the red tape?

The entire fucking state.

>>655519

>Reloading supplies?

Nothing on the books yet (but probably expect usual means used to impede at big box stores.) but with the pussies in power expect something soon.

>Could /k/ just side step REDACTED ammo regulation entirely by reloading and buying the ammo piecemeal and then loading ourselves?

You can sidestep all of it by not living there.

How about some more constructive inquiry about how we can violently annex the state and slaughter all those dumb enough to stay?

>How about some more constructive inquiry about how we can violently annex the state and slaughter all those dumb enough to stay?

How much loyalty could the Cali state/local government expect from their police/national guard forces? Without those guys onside would they have anyone to call on but their hordes of soyboys? If not then this sounds like the kind of thing that would make shooting (retarded and suicidal) fish in a barrel look almost sporting in comparison.

I'm assuming that this annexation occurs after California leaves the union in a huff and can't call on the Federal government anymore.

>Commiefornia

You have about 100 or so days left to buy all the ammo you want. Come july 1st is ammo registration and no they're not going to scribe serial numbers in each piece of brass, they'll do an Illinois style FOID but with ammo. It'll cost money for the card and you use it like your ID card when buying pistol ammo at walmart, but this time it's any ammo and at all stores.

Basically you'll see Californians making even more trips into nearby states to buy fun stuff along with gun food.

>Is it available

Probably better than most places since there's less people raiding the walmart shelves. Even during the .22 panic I'd still see some remshit thunder turds for sale. There are still a few large companies like LAX ammo or Ammo bros (I think ammo bros buy in bulk and repackage) making remanufactured and factory new ammo. Most gun shops I visit usually resell ventura ammo (Nevada brand) bulk packs.

>Reloading

I've been reloading for some time now and haven't run into bullshit. Yes they could make some gay new law but everyone is still distracted by bumpstocks and they're still hate masterbating over the fully semi auto thordson stock equipped AR. If you're a commiefornian get a reloading set now and make ammo now because so far I haven't seen any particular reloading components panic buying.

Also why do you care? you're in Canada. (? Assuming you aren't using some gay internet provider or a vpn)

You wouldn't need to send shit. Just block off the exits and watch Venezuela 2 but with guns. LA will look like the DOOM cover but just with roof gooks and various nigs and beans in a giant pile of dead, dying, or still chimping assholes.

>>655555

LA riots taught us that police will fuck off the second shit starts flying. Chris Dorner taught us that the LAPD at least are the most incompetent police force ever, if there were more than one of him they'd be shitting thier pants enough to create a giant snail trail.

First of all the U.S is not on the verge of going full California. What is happening is that the states that are pro gun are becoming vastly more pro gun, with several states passing Constitutional Carry this year. The States that are Anti-Gun, like California, are also getting more Anti-Gun(see Maryland). What this is doing is placing pressure on neutral states to pick a side. As far as ammo goes I think Washington, Oregon and California are the only ones talking about potential limits to buying ammo, but other Anti-Gun states could also soon begin to do the same.

Good post. LAPD are a bunch of spineless cocksuckers

>Ammo like in Commiefornia

Well you got shit like by June/July, all ammo purchases will be subjected to a $1 background check and after you've passed it, buy as much as the state will allow for now since their floating the idea of allowing only a 1000rds a month bullshit, cannot use lead-based ammo for hunting purposes, and you're not allowed to grab ammo of a normal shelf, but rather must have a store employee grab what you want.

>Widely available as in Red States?

Can't say much on it atm.

>Excise tax on ammo?

State is floating the idea of taxing ammo and guns even further

>Waiting periods?

All firearms are subjected to 10 day waiting periods, but if you wanted to buy multiple handguns then those are subject to 1-handgun a month cooling period after your ten days, and the State is also thinking about expanding the month rule into longarms now

>Can you buy online?

Guns follow general rule of being shipped to an FFL to complete paperwork with, ammo now has to be shipped to an FFL with all the fees that entail for handling and holding your ammo rather than to your doorstep, parts can still be shipped but must be CA-compliant and once again the State is considering to have parts be done under an FFL

>What is the red tape?

Can't answer much other than the entirety of gun laws in CA make the ATF look competent and easy to understand.

This state is pure-suffering and I only hope my fellow gooks start preparing their rooftops or VC tunnels for LA Riots 2.0 should the 2019 referendum of Commiefornia splitting from the Union gets the majority vote
