Ron DeSantis (Florida 6) and Marco Rubio (Florida) are now considering legislation to repeal the NFA. Now we need to push this. It's much easier to get politicians on board with other people's legislation than to start new stuff, and other supporters will push the two of them towards introducing it.
Call the offices of your Congressman and Senators. Tell them you want them to co-sponsor this legislation (also Hearing Protection Act/House bill 367/Senate bill 59 and Concealed Carry Reciprocity/House bill 38). Calling is good because they have to spend staff time listening to you, and staff time is (very) limited. Better yet, visit your local office if it is local enough (you may need an appointment, call first). Email is lowest tier (but better than nothing) because it can be sorted by computers, who effectively have no limit, and minimize human eye time.

I am really usually the type in favor of removing black pills, but let's be honest: This bill is going no where.
There are a mix of three things that could potentially happen that are NEEDED for this to work.
>Republicans need to uncuck themselves and amend internal Senate rules to become a majoritarian legislative body.
>Republicans need to win a super majority in the mid terms.
>Republicans need to get all of the moderates and RINOs on board.
Pick two. Otherwise, it's not happening. And let's be honest, none of those things are particularly likely, much less more than one.
Wanna uncuck American law? Go to the states and work on passing enough Constituional Carry in enough states to add it to the US Constitution. Do some work in FOSSCAD to continue to make NFA regulations irrelevant or at least bypassable. Support grass root organizations that are behind enemy lines in unfree states. Prepare your small tight nit militia squad and community for when SHTF to make good headlines after disaster and prepare for however many cycles from now it is when the left eventually regain power.
I want the ATF/NFA/GCA gone as much as anybody else, and more. But let's focus our effort and hopes on things that work instead of getting motivated and subsequently demotivated when pie in the sky shit we didn't think through falls through. Not understanding how government works is the job of leftists, leave that to them. Show some dignity.

In the western states you can already get 100+ year old old Iver-Johnsons for 100/200 USD easily. I'm sure Congress would shut the idea of "100 year old guns are legal antiques" hard as soon as someone brought up old cartridge revolvers. With Machineguns and destructive devices already excluded from "antique firearm" and original Auto-5/Mondragon/ZH29/RSC M1917 being rare/expensive as fuck, the only (relatively) cheap non-manually operated long gun that will be over 100 anytime soon is the M1. The M1 wouldn't fall under "antique" till 2032 and won't become common till the 2040s (Politicians will quickly ignore any "problem" when they realize it won't happen till long after they're gone) and will be over 1000+inflation by then.

Also asked Judge Moore's campaign in Alabama if he would introduce the legislation. They said they didn't know but would ask. Called back and said it was passed to senior advisors.
