On the contrary, Muhammad PBUH sought out treaties and close relations with the Jews of Medinah. The Treaty of Medinah (Yathrib), signed with the heads of all the Jewish tribes, specifically recognized the equality of Muslim and Jewish worship and called for Jews and Muslims to be one community of monotheists. That is not the program of a Jew-hater!
Relations did get a bit tense later on when some Jews considered him a false prophet and objected to his message but he managed to keep cordial relations with most of the Arabian Jewish communities, with some infamous exceptions.
When Muhammad died, his battle armour was in the keeping of a Jewish merchant who he obviously trusted.
So, no. Don’t believe the lies peddled on both sides that try to cast Muhammed as a Jew-hater. He was not. On the contrary, he generally tried to maintain good relations with the Jewish community as a whole. In fact, Muhammad’s early years in Medinah present a good model of how Jews and Muslims may coexist in peace and mutual respect.
