Salaam,
Im a male in my mid twenties living in the west and never had any relationship with women whatsoever in my life, mostly because how degenerate the west is. My dad is pushing me to get married but i want to live in a Muslim land and get married and have children there grow up with Islamic values. I cant move back to my ethnic homeland because its a war zone and i dont know any Muslim country I can get citizenship and find job/place to live. I know from the classical scholars its haram to live in darul harb and darul kufr and you have to make hijra to muslim lands. On top of that, i dont want to have children if i know they will become degenerates/murtads/gays/etc.. I have a low paying job too so i dont know what to do, any advice?

Yes but the chances of them being corrupted by globohomo is very high especially if i have a daughter.

Any suggested country where its easy to get citizenship and job?

You're going to have to define "easy". There are no countries on the planet that will just open the gate and say, "Yeah, come on in! Here's a job and a woman! Welcome!" You're going to have to put in some effort. Just "being Muslim" isn't enough. You need to do the research and decide where you want to live.

It's very easy to get married in South East Asia, pick a muslim majority country, or you could consider Afghanistan I guess, when the americans leave there will probably be an Islamic state.
For money you could either work remotely or save and start a business.
