Salam fellow brothers and sisters. A few weeks ago I was having a discussion with my father where I was comparing division in Christianity (Catholic, Orthodox, Protestants …) with those in Islam (Sunni and Shi'ah) praising Islam for having such little diversity within it. After that he pointed out that according to the Quran there are more than 100 groups in Islam of which only 1 goes to paradise (couldn't find the source on the internet).
This fact got me really anxious and has stuck with me since because I live in Europe and you can easily notice how Muslims around me give up more of their religion year after year due to destructive trends in society. Girls don't wear hijab anymore because it's forbidden so they adapt to the tight, transparent and short clothing that Western girls wear. Boys on the utter hand suffer from this since they have a hard time lowering their gaze. If you even dare to make a remark about this you're gonna immediately be called a misogynist and it's just really painful watching the people that I love losing their culture and identity.
What is the solution to this? Should I just move to a country like Saudi Arabia where law makes it easier to keep myself from sinning? Will my reward for i.e. reading Quran and doing extra prayers be decreased because it's easier?

I am a non-sect Muslim, rather than blindly following sects it makes more sense to me to follow Allah's teachings to the best extent possible

remain stoic, stay true to your beliefs, and consider every criticism not as something you must endure, but rather as a sign of your strong faith.

Do your best to spread Islam and spread it to those who are willing to accept the truth, don't waste your time with people who are against it

Having an easier life is a blessing, not something that reduces your reward for prayers.
