Fascism was born in Europe, so it's really no surprise. Though I would like to see what the Imam said before passing judgment on the situation.

Well, if that's all he said, I don't see the big deal. It's harmless. It's basically, "I don't like the gays." and isn't a call to murder or anything like that. Makes me glad I'm in America, where I can still say things like that without getting kicked out or jailed.
