I'd say its a waste of time, its just a meme workout. You should focus on quality in exercises, not just doing them for reps. And will especially just be putting unnecessary stress on your body, increasing risk of injury, especially if you're doing it everyday.

I usually spend one day focused on upper body and legs, and another day on arms, since I also do calisthenics/weighted calisthenics, the exercises I do are usually compound and target multiple muscles. I usually keep it simple and just do 4 exercises, split the 4 into groups of two, and do 4 reverse pyramid sets of each (for example first set is 8 reps, second is 7, third 6, last is 5). This way I keep it simple as possible, im not dreading to do the workouts everyday.
When it comes to building muscle its based on three things, muscle tension, metabolic stress, and muscle damage, or more simply, the work done by the muscle, the pump, and the mechanical stress you put on the muscle. So first group of two are usually exercises I use to focus on the muscle damage, basically these are the hard 2 exercises I do. Then for the second group I have 2 exercises that I do to focus on the pump, to inflate and get the blood rushing in these muscles, and what I've recently started doing is blood restriction training along with them, which I feel really helps.
I always try to change it up and use different exercises every day. I'll usually take a rest day once or twice a week.
