I was raised Catholic, but am unsure of my faith. I am interested in Islam.
I came across a guide from the 70s called Christian Charm School. It offers practical advice for girls on how to be graceful and godly, according to the description on Amazon.
Examples: Posture, smiling, avoiding gossip.
Are there equivalent guides for Islam? I know they might not be referred to as charm school. As a man, I am especially interested in how to be a better gentleman.

Nothing similar that I'm aware of, but that sort of thing is generally cultural. An Irish Muslim will have a different cultural upbringing than a Chinese Muslim, for example. If you actually read those Christian etiquette books, it's just instructions on "how to be white". Notice how the girl in the pic there doesn't have her hair covered, even though non-white Christians all over the world cover women's hair because it is a sign of modesty. White Christians don't do it, generally, because it's too "ethnic".

I think the lack of hair covering is more of a feminist, modern thing. I think it’s more seen as old fashioned and sexist by white people.. White women have been taught to hate white people. They associate being white with being oppressive, conservative, and slave owning.
Ethnic stuff is seen as cool, but only if it’s removed from things like modesty, and made flashy or hyper sexual.

Our Prophet SAW has given us the perfect example of what it means to be a man.
Patient,
Wise,
Strong,
God-fearing,
Empathetic,
Supportive…
You should study the example of Muhammad SAW.
