Well you already believe in Allah now you just need to accept the prophet and his message.
For a jew I would say evidence Muhammad (pbuh) is prophesied in the bible is the strongest one. But also that the quran is so eloquent nobody of the enemies of Muhammad (pbuh) could reproduce it. Many poets converted because they know it's divine. It's eloquence is one thing, but also it's historical accuracy and coherence with itself.
In short I am a muslim because
>Allah exists
>He is one
>Islam has the most comprehensive monotheism
>Qu'ran is a preserved miracle
>The prophet of all mankind is Muhammad (pbuh)

The miracles and prophecies are the proofs we have for Islam. The most graspable miracle to most non-Muslims is probably the preservation of the Quran, Allah says that the Quran was made easy to remember, and thats the case, what other book the size of the Quran has been memorized by millions of people, especially when a lot of these people that have memorized the book don't even understand the language?
Theres lots of scientific and historical facts that Allah mentions in the Quran too. A lot of other people try to dismiss this that, some Greek philosopher theorized this thing at the time already, this Persian scholar already knew this thing. if you consider it all, its impossible that an illiterate person in Arabia, would have compiled all this information from all over the world, not to mention somehow sifted through all the fake infos, theories, and historical accounts, that we can barely do now despite our modern technologies, and weaved it together with legal code, ethics, morality, ettiquette, etc., along with prophecies of which scholars say about 80% has already been fulfilled, all together into a literary form that was completely unique, which the top poets of Arabia called magic. And this resulted in the spread of the religion throughout the world, the establishment of a number of Islamic empires, cultures which flourished, and where to this day its one of the worlds biggest religions, the fastest growing one, the vast majority of Muslims, if not all, agree on the basic tenets of Islam, that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad was his messenger.
Heres a short PDF article giving evidence for the prophethood of Muhammad (Peace be upon him): https://www.kbyh.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/The-Choice-10-Evidences-for-the-Prophethood-of-Muhammad.pdf

No. A transgender/intersex person dresses as their appropriate sex, not the opposite. It is made clear in Islam that there are men and women born into the "wrong" bodies. There's even a term for it: Khunthaa. This is something Muslims understood 1,000 years before European "medics" caught on to the idea. Why do you want to set Islam back?

We read Quran. The Quran that was preserved in its entirety with nothing left out. We also read hadiths. Such as
Abu'l-Hayyaj al-Asadi told that 'Ali (b. Abu Talib) said to him:
Should I not send you on the same mission as Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sent me? Do not leave an image without obliterating it, or a high grave without levelling It. This hadith has been reported by Habib with the same chain of transmitters and he said: (Do not leave) a picture without obliterating it.
Most Shia don't read these things. They just roll around in mud, pray to graves, and beat themselves with whips.

Then why do so many of them still kill themselves after getting the surgery? Their suicide rates are higher because the real problem isn't fixed by physically altering their sexual organs. They have a form of mental illness.
>>41738
You can find "Islamic scholars" that will say anything about anything. Ayatollah Khomeini, one of the "scholars" that says transgender surgery is allowed also says other haram things are allowed. The extreme majority of Islamic scholars are on the same side on this issue. Imitating the opposite sex in any way is haram, and you aren't allowed to get sex reassignment surgery.

>muh precious fee-fees narrative
Islam doesn't care that you think transgender people are "icky poopie pants grooossss". You are in the wrong on this and if all you can do is insult Khomeini to "prove" your point, then you never had a point to begin with. I could easily bring up all those Sunni "scholars" who have claimed that a woman having anal sex is what causes homosexuality, but I'm leaving that at the door.
Most scholars, Sunni and Shi'a, have determined that transgender/intersex is a real human condition and that there are methods of treatment - medical and psychological - that are halal.
And if you want to know why transgender people tend to kill themselves, look no further than how you would treat them if you had any authority whatsoever. If you were treated the way you want them treated, you'd felate a shogun too.

>muh precious fee-fees narrative
That isn't the narrative. Gender dysphoria is a mental condition. That means that it is not fixed or cured by indulging their unnatural desires. Allowing them to dress as the opposite sex, or going so far as allowing them to do irreversible, permanent, life altering surgery to themselves also does not fix their problem. It is inside of their minds. There are a large number of people that regret having sex reassignment surgery. The doctors that are doing these surgeries are not telling the people all of the facts and consequences.
They don't tell people that when you cut off your penis and make an artificial hole for a vagina, it will never function the way you want it to. You will have to artificially dilate it each time you want to have sex, if they are able to have sex at all. Sometimes there are complications where the person is not able to have sex through their "vagina" without causing injury. In these cases the doctor tells them that they can never have "vaginal" sex They don't tell people that because of the bacteria in the orifice, it emits a constant smell of poop. In some cases it is so bad it fills the whole room with a strong smell of poop. The smell cannot be mitigated. I could go on with many more physical examples of complications like these.
Some people without any physical complication from the surgery still regret having the surgery. They wish they could go back, which isn't possible. They will still try, which is why there is such a thing as sex change reversal surgery. It doesn't work out well. So when you try to put forth the narrative that Muslims who are opposed to transgenderism are being cruel and do not care about transgender people, you are wrong.
There are halal ways to deal with these conditions. They aren't going to make the person feel normal, because that is the essence of their mental condition. But they are going to prevent them from committing sins, and they will realize that all of their suffering will be an expiation for them on the day of resurrection. If someone really cared, they would want to try and solve these people's problems against their will, then to do what they want and cause them even more problems.

>Gender dysphoria is a mental condition.
With physical attributes. Depression is a mental condition, but it also causes physical fatigue, chronic pain, and sleep disorders. The brain is part of the body. You cannot separate them. A mental condition IS a physical condition.
>There are a large number of people that regret having sex reassignment surgery.
Most don't. That's the reality you have to accept. Cherry-picking certain cases to fit a narrative is being dishonest. Most people who have surgery to affirm their gender are very happy and go on to live full, normal lives.
>They don't tell people …
Yes, they do. They tell PATIENTS that. People who go have surgery are informed and it is a process that takes years. You're acting like it's some dude walking into a clinic and saying "snip it, doc!" and the doc saying "okie dokie!"

Surgery is not a halal way to deal with this condition. It is halal only when you cherry pick scholars that agree with you. The overwhelming majority of scholars say that it is haram and is not allowed. That is why transgender people are not allowed to go for Hajj or Umrah.
