No not even close, nor will it happen.
We don't even understand consciousness or have powerful enough computers. You can never create life, since we don't know what the spark of life is, if you give them the materials for a cell, they wont be able to make one, if you give them a prebuilt cell, they wont be able to spark life into it.

Nope, not even close. We don't have a clue about what makes us conscious, yet alone what would make an automata so. All life comes from Allah first of all, secondly it is incapable of feeling anything, or producing a sentient thought.
