I've began converting to Islam recently and I wanted to ask some questions.

My life scheduled has be doing important work during some of the prayer times. What exactly do I do for prayers I'm not able to do?

I'm doing what I can to pray at the right times, but some I'm late to doing, mostly the morning one. What suggestions do y'all have for helping me pray at the right times?

Where can I get a prayer rug?

You need to adjust your schedule to fit Allah's, not the other way around. Don't look for loopholes.

Do your best to uphold your duties. Islam recognize the purity of your intent. If you're genuinely to do things the way you are supposed to but something you can't help stops you, do your best, you can pray some prayers together for example (other anons, imams or websites might know better about the specifics of how and when to do it).

What really matters to Allah is what's in your heart, usually it's immediately reflected in your deeds, but when under external duress, he gave us more than a way to adapt.

Do your work environment allow you to take small breaks every now and then?

If so, then just request a break whenever you can to go perform salah. You could also keep the prayers short by only reciting the compulsory recitations.

Praying on time is encouraged, but you're allowed to delay it until before the next prayer time. Or if you can jama and qasr (pray together 2 prayers in one but shorten it) your prayer, this is common for travellers but there are "rules" for jama and qasr to be allowed, read it up brother/sister or straight up qada (repay the "debt" of the prayer on another day) this is quite normally done by women who's on their period.
