I don't know why ppl take knowledge from converts, it's not like converting to Islam gives you automatic authority or knowledge. A lot of ppl assume converts are scholars.

Some people are physically incapable of growing beards. Does that mean that they cannot become Muslim? I find it hard to believe that a Muslim with any kind of common sense would takfir someone because they didn't have a beard.

The obligation isn't to grow a full, thick and big beard. The obligation is to leave the beard be/to grow and not shave or trim it(less than a fist)

I know someone who never shaves, and never grows a beard. Not even in small patches.
Takfir based solely on not growing a beard is ridiculous. The khawarij believed that if a Muslim commits a major sin, they become a kafir….this guy is going far beyond even this un-Islamic practice.
