Is Glutteny haram?

What did Muhammad (SAW) eat and how much?

What did the people of time of Muhammad (SAW) do to maintain a decent diet?

>Is Glutteny haram?

Yes.

Sūrat l-aʿrāf (The Heights) (7:31)

"O children of Adam, take your adornment at every masjid, and eat and drink, but be not excessive. Indeed, He likes not those who commit excess."

Miqdam bin Ma'dikarib said:

"I heard the Messenger of Allah (S.a.w) saying: 'The human does not fill any container that is worse than his stomach. It is sufficient for the son of Adam to eat what will support his back. If this is not possible, then a third for food, a third for drink, and third for his breath."

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2380

>What did Muhammad (SAW) eat and how much?

Yahya related to me from Malik from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The food of two is enough for three, and the food of three is enough for four."

Book 49, Hadith 20

>What did the people of time of Muhammad (SAW) do to maintain a decent diet?

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr bin Al-As:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said to me, "I have been informed that you pray all the nights and observe fast all the days; is this true?" I replied, "Yes." He said, "If you do so, your eyes will become weak and you will get bored. So fast three days a month, for this will be the fasting of a whole year, or equal to the fasting of a whole year." I said, "I find myself able to fast more." He said, "Then fast like the fasting of (the Prophet) David who used to fast on alternate days and would not flee on facing the enemy."

Sahih al-Bukhari 3419

If you have trouble with weight you need to stop masturbating and increase testosterone. Estrogen makes you eat all the time and have less muscles which burn calories simply by existing, that's why women have more trouble losing weight. I recommend zinc pills, raw garlic and pine pollen.

Reason why most ppl get hungry quick after eating is because in our modern world we eat like garbage, with soil demineralization and nutrient dilution in foods, meaning foods today are less nutritious than 50 years ago, due to mass industrial farming exhausting the mineral supplies of the top soil. This makes it so when we eat we fulfill our caloric needs but not our nutrient needs, that is vitamins and minerals, so your body craves more and you need to eat more to get a few percent more nutrients, side effect of eating more is obviously more calories which your body stores as fat. If you felt satiated with both calories and nutrients, you would be satiated for hours and eat less. Masturbating does not help as it wastes precious minerals and lowers testosterone levels, which men need for healthy bone and muscle development.

Did the sahaba or Muhammad SAW just do nothing most of their time and just being very lazy? No, they were the most hard working people doing the best they could do for their physical, spiritual and mental health. Saying that its not part of the Sunnah to work out is something only a cope would say.

bulking forcing yourself to eat is not being healthy, its the definition of wasting food, eat what you NEED, not what you WANT, nothing in the sunnah says for the sake of "gains" eat a lot of foods, the sunnah is enough for a third of your stomach MAX and yes exercise and physical work is sunnah but its mostly with actually producing something like building or fighting wars not lifting a weight and putting down repeatedly

you might be a swole toad but im sure you lack balancing muscles and your bones arent as dense as an average construction worker or fighter and thus I could probably beat you easily

My question to your pseudo intellectual mind is, what if i had to eat 20000 calories a day because my body NEEDS it. Would that be okay by your standards? Or is that considered waste as well because of the magnitude of what i'm eating. Not only that, you have such a flawed perception of nutrition and training that you correlate two very different ways of training to the same body type and goal. Its laughable.

>but its mostly with actually producing something like building or fighting wars

Building stuff is not excercise and saying that, that is the only way to physically strain your body or going to fight in war is insane. Do you even work out? Like do you actually go outside once in your life? Do you have any idea what a barbell is? Do you know what a boxing glove is?

I can bet u never spend a day in the sun doing carpentry cuz u sound like pale flabby guy on the internet tbh, your not a big guy or superman, picking up steel weights and eating boiled chicken is not natrual or healthy, thats not how the sahaba got fit, they got fit by doing everything themselves like real men , and they were moderate bodies not large or muscular as well , this is unsustainable in nature, you can never get enough protein or calories per day in a nomadic diet which is the most natural state of man

that was a theoretical question you nog. And a man does not need 2k calories per day, unless he be an anorexic little nu-male. Well goes by your logic, boxing, basketball or gymnastics is also not the right way to get healthy cause the sahaba didn't do it? Are you actually implying that i need to fight in war to make myself stronger? I remember a hadith mentioning Umar Ibn Al Khattab being pretty big so how can you justify that? Was he also gluttonous cause he was big and healthy and strong and could probably break you in half?

BTW picking up weights is the easiest way to get stronger and there is literally no reason to try to make this haram for your sore ass. Go out and actually do something with your life instead of trying to make everything that is hard in life haram and act like the sahaba were this, but we can never be like them so we shouldn't even try.

In the grand scheme of things isn’t spending money on extra food and supplements to powerlift like spending money on the newest iphone or other entertainment? I grew up on the farm I now own. It was given to me when my grandfather died. Over treatment of the soil and the regulations imposed by the government on commercial farms concerning pesticides and such has leeched many of the good minerals and nutrients out of the food you buy at a grocer's.As an example, you would have to eat 6x the amount of carrots you buy from, let's say, Walmart to get the same nutritional benefit derived from home grown carrots. The lack of nutrition and processing of modern foods has done untold damage to the average American's health. It saddens me.
