Can my little sister watch peppa pig or is she haram? The moral messages of the show are often very good.

As long as she doesn't start worshiping the characters, sure. I'd find a show with better morals though, because Peppa acts like a spoiled brat in a lot of them.

I would suggest not watching the shows of the kuffar, they are propaganda essentially. Many false morals and creeds are absorbed by children watching tv, and they grow up with these fictional heroes and stories (instead of learning from real heroes of the prophets and sahaba and real stories of Islamic history), basing their foundation ethics on it (instead of basing it on the quran and sunnah). Gradually, when they get older, they will not be able to tell that those are not their ideas, but ideas given to them by tv shows. This might make them closer to the kaffir ideologies and might make them opposed to certain aspects in Islam.

Just saying what they do is pretty light compared to what christian countries do, also most of their actions are commanded in the old testament, which supposedly Jesus ordered according to you christians.

Anyways, once taliban were seen as monsters too now many muslim and non muslim praise them. They say one man's terrorist is another's freedom fighter. My hypothetical was to counter the christian's morality, on what basis he calls someone evil? Actions or inherited sin? If actions, he can't call the old testament evil, if inherited sins, it's unjust and he equally guilty as isis.

No..isis isn't praised by anyone, taliban on the other hand is respected in many muslim circles, but most won't admit it for security reasons. I mean, even the UAE, saudi arabia and pakistan recognized the islamic emirate of afghanistan at one time. Not saying that they were good or not, but proves that one man's terrorist is another's freedom fighter.

>Proof??
On 27 March 2016, Easter Sunday, at least 75 people were killed and over 340 injured in a suicide bombing that hit the main entrance of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, one of the largest parks in Lahore, Pakistan.[3][5][6][7] The attack targeted Christians who were celebrating Catholic Easter.[8][9] However, as both Christians and Muslims were mingled in the park Muslims were also killed .[10][4] The majority of victims were women and children. Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a group affiliated with the Pakistani Taliban, claimed responsibility for the attack.

Afghan forces have rescued 149 people, including children, who were abducted by the Taliban hours earlier in the northern Kunduz province.
Taliban fighters had ambushed a convoy of three buses travelling on a road in the Khan Abad district, according to Nasrat Rahimi, the deputy spokesman for the interior ministry.
Afghan security forces had freed 149 hostages and at least seven Taliban fighters had been killed in the fighting, he said.
The ambush came despite President Ashraf Ghani’s announcement of a conditional ceasefire with the Taliban during the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha this week
