Be honest. Do you wake up in the middle of the night to do Fajr?
Also, tips and advice for getting in the habit for those who don't yet.

I didn't at first. Habits take a little while to form, though. On a long enough timeline it just becomes normal.

If you use your phone to wake up, make sure the speaker is pointing towards your bed. If you're a heavy sleeper this will help with waking up when it goes off.
If you wake up but don't actually get out of bed, keep your phone out of reach so that you have to get up to turn it off.
Personally I don't miss Fajr often, but I stay up for it when Fajr time creeps back enough. It's a very bad habit to have in the Winter months, but in Summer it feels like cheating.

Back when I was a new convert, I would sometimes fall asleep in sujud during fajr. I learned from many brothers that they'd do the same thing and we'd share a laugh. It's always good to know you're not alone in the little things.

Do you know what fajr is? You don't pray fajr at night. Just because its dark does not mean its night time.

The older I get, the more difficult I find it, even though I am in the habit. My slowly aging body just doesn't spring up like it used to. I eat well and get exercise, but waking up in the pre-dawn hours can be a little taxing. Inshallah, I will persist unto my grave.
