walahi my son is leaving islam I read his messages with friends , he believes plato more than muhammad, I don't know what he means or how to help him.
He comes to masjid and eats halal but I think his heart has changed. He doesn't read Quran he reads the philosophy books from his school every day.

There's nothing wrong with reading philosophy books. Heck, if it wasn't for Muslim society, those texts would have been lost to time.
As for leaving Islam, maybe you should ask him.

>walahi
Don't swear by God's name for no reason
>I read his messages with friends
Why are you violating your son's privacy?
>I don't know what he means or how to help him.
Then start learning what he might see in these books and discuss the topics instead of naively thinking you can shield him from the world.
I hate to break it to you, but it sounds like your relationship with your son is very dysfunctional, ask yourself why your immediate reaction to him reading is to assume he no longer believes?
I used to watch anti-theist youtubers (amazing atheist, mrrepzion and cultofdusty) rant about religion when I was like 13 because I knew that I could not defeat something I couldn't understand, I've just gotten done with my Nietzsche and Peterson phase now I'm looking at people like Zizek and Stirner.
I have in no way left Islam, I am very much Muslim and reading and learning have helped me look at my religion in different ways as well as get better at arguing for it. e.g: I believe our moral base is egoism and that Islam solves the Socratic paradox of egoism and that free speech is important to prevent injustice like what happened to Ibn Tayimah as well as give opportunities for dawah and I have a burning hatred for riba.
Seeking knowledge is important and remember that it is Allah who guides so do not despair.

I haven't read much into philosophy myself yet, but I remember Plato had good pro-monotheistic philosophical arguments, insha allah your son will benefit from reading his books. I recommend taking advantage of the situation and suggesting he read stuff like Kierkegaard, Aquinas (see "Five Proofs"), Descartes, Kant (on ethics), also some of the Islamic golden age philosophers like al faraabi, ibn sina, and ibn rushd.

Aristotle is “ourguy”, Plato not so much.
Point your son towards Aristotle and the Islamic Aristotelians.

>He comes to masjid and eats halal
If he actually goes to a Masjid for reasons outside of Jummah prayers AND eats only halal food then he is considered more religious than a significant majority of Muslims in the Modern Age.
I suppose the reason he reads philosophy books now instead of the Quran is because he already knows the rules and moral lessons from the Quran well and is simply trying to satisfy his curiosity by moving into uncharted territories; Muslims Scholars of the past did this aswell.
These messages he exchanges with his friends that may be deemed "heretical" are probably his ways of invoking and expressing his curiosity about the ways of God.

I don't know much about sufism personally but popular speakers like Hamza Yusuf and AbdulHakim Murad are sufi inclined so their materials might be a good starting point.

He's just exploring his avenues. Atheism manifests less in this form and more in abandoning metaphysical pursuits. Philosophy may help him gain a better grasp of Islam. Point him to some of the Greek inspired Islamic theologians.
