For not being /fit/?
Is it because you don't have a based muslimbro as your personal trainer on-call 24/7? You don't have his brother - a halal nutrtionist muslimbro on-call 24/7? Those excuses are gone.

Calling people "low test" because they don't work out is nothing short of pure ignorance. As a matter of fact, the buzzword "low test" is meaningless.
I don't work out. At all. I find it a useless practice that would take time away from more important pursuits. Does that make me "low test"? Hardly. I'm harry as an Irish cow and have sired children, so my "test" levels are just fine.
The only reason people force the "dyel" meme is because of their vanity, which is a sin.

That's not true and its not for you to judge someone else's motivation for discussing this topic.
Low-T is a common thing among middleaged men and often a topical testosterone cream helps the patient achieve a high quality of life - where otherwise anti-depressants would be prescribed.
t my grandfather was diagnosed as depressed and put on happypills but switched to test-boosters and is now doing great

>im 45 and okay so the average statistics don't matter
not how it works anon.
"The survey tracks people aged 30 to 79 years and compiles data on factors such as testosterone, symptoms of hormone deficiency, and medications that may impact sex hormone levels. Approximately 24 percent of the men surveyed had low total testosterone and 11 percent had low levels of free testosterone."
1 in 4 men over 40 have low test.
http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Healthday/story?id=4508669
Too lazy to link actual studies, but you get the idea.
Also low test isn't actually due to "aging" itself but more due to getting unhealthy as men age, due to all sorts of things, diet, lifestyle, wear and tear, etc. You can grow old and have great testosterone levels if you live a healthy life style. But the "average' man doesn't, so his test levels fall, and all sorts of bad symptoms come up.
>If it weren't true, then why do the people who talk about lifting accompany it with images/videos of oiled up half-naked men?

You do realize that humans don't have an alpha/beta dynamic, right? Not even wolves have alpha/beta dynamics. As a matter of fact, the alpha/beta dynamic probably doesn't exist anywhere in nature at all.
The whole idea is laughable. The "alpha" is supposed to be the only breeding stock and be in control of everything, but that's not how it works at all. There is no factor in all of human existence that biologically determines breeding. We all breed, low-test or not.
It's not "bants". It's ignorance. If you're an asshole, no amount of lifting is going to change that and no woman wants to have children with some douchebag who thinks he's superior to other men and can't stop looking in the mirror long enough to raise his kids.

Also gorillas have alphas, saw it on national geographic. They get harems and beat the shit out of betas who don't get harems and suck at breeding and are weaker and full of frustration.

I'm married.
Have children.
Educated.
Reasonable income.
So, that makes me "alpha". However …
I find "lifting" to be exceptionally stupid.
I respect women.
I freely express emotion.
I have no sense of "style" and rather wear what's comfortable.
These things make me "beta".
So which is it?

Actually, I am. I said "I find lifting to be exceptionally stupid." That is the expression of an opinion. If you want to lift, then go right ahead; but don't demand that it's necessary for everyone or declare that anyone who doesn't is "slothful".
I already told you that I'm married, have children, and a job. Yet I'm somehow slothful because I don't repeatedly pick things up and put them down? That is a very childish attitude toward both lifting and sloth.
