I found the video initially on fapster, and know it had "asmr to hfo hypno" in the title.

picrel was also the thumbnail + shown throughout most of the video, if not all of it.

The main things I remember from the video are establishing breathing, letting out stress through each individual body part, it might also have been trying to get you to go to sleep?

I've been looking for this video / audio for the past 3 hours and cannot find it. I looked through some torrents and didn't find anything for the two who I thought made it (shib or giggles). It might still be by gig, I have NO idea.

It could be. It seems that they just upload others content, so I'd have to find an original because I cannot seem to find anything actually from them that is available online.

They have a Patreon with a bunch videos listed, but I don't know if the videos they list have the same title as the ones they took, because it doesn't seem that they are from what I've read.
