Hypnosis isnt real. BUT if the girl thinks its real, it doesnt matter how bad you are, she will think its real and thus effects will be real.

Talk in a normalized calm tone.

Guide her to relax. Any method is fine. Like make her focus on toes. Then feet. Then calves. Then thighs. Then butt. Relaxing each. Belly, chest, arms, forearms, hands, finder's, neck, face.

Then tell her calmly but firmly that you will pull her into a trance. Once there you have full control. Then count down. Snap fingers. Say shes now in a trance and can only awaken when you say. Tell her that all her anxiety is gone. Washed away like a calm tide. Then do whatever else you want. Perhaps install a trigger that will put her instantly into trance when you command it to happen. Then tell her to forget being hypnotized but to also know that she got exactly what she wanted. Then count her out of hypnosis and tell her she's awake.

After you can trigger her and do whatever you want more.

There's erotic hypnosis and there's hypnotherapy. They are different.

You have a lot of reading to do and/or taking courses to learn to do hypnotherapy for that.

That said, anxiety is a fairly common complaint and there are quite a few self-hypnosis self-help books that purport to help with anxiety, so there's a good starting point. She may just need someone strong to lean on and help her through.
