I stopped listening. This seems to have negative effects on me.

I never got any response to it, not even a placebo like tingles or any sensations which I usually get with those sorts of files, to begin with. That, to me, means it's affecting me in ways I cannot predict.

I also noticed my arousal responses to be changing negatively and I have become mostly lethargic lately. I am not sure it's this file causing these issues but the arousal response change is too serious for me to take any chances. So I am cutting off this file and any other things I suspect might cause it.

TLDR; the file is likely not safe.
