Breaking a 12 years old addiction like that is going to take more than listening some scripted hypno file, if that is what you are looking for. I recommend PROFESSIONAL hypnoTHERAPIST (not some random hypnotist) and being prepared to do regular custom tailored live sessions with him/her. Many of them offer a free consultation to see if they can help you, so do I. I wont sell/try to convince you anymore than saying that it's your life and I suggest to take your addiction seriously.
