I noticed most of the time I'm not even hypnotized and I very rarely feel what the hypnotist said I will feel, and maybe 95% of the time I'm just horny from all the moans & kinky audios instead of actually being hypnotized.

Not to be too pessimistic but I think it also helps to accept some suggestions just do not work on you and to not be put out of they come up and nothing happens.

I have come to accept that suggestions that tell me my dick is hard do absolutely nothing. So if I'm listening to a file revolving around arousal/HFOs, I try to avoid files with that specific suggestion in.

Result is those I do listen to are much more effective than ones telling me "ooh, I control your cock and it's hard as a rock now".
