i just can`t get a positive ratio at femdomcult. not because i am not willing to seed, but my upload speed is always bad, so my download ability will be restricted after a few days.

You can fix your ratio, its a slow process, but just have to seed as many as you have downloaded from them already for an extended period. I'd leave mine up and running for a week straight and eventually you will break through to where it is no longer an issue. It is a slow process for new users for a reason. Also, check to make sure you show up as actually seeding, because if you don't, you won't get any credits for it.
