Unfortunately I think it really is different strokes for different folks with something like a HFO.
I had one once to a Z3n0v@ vid (it's the one on her pornhub channel) and the thing that seems to consistently get me the closest is when the tist starts off with slower paced suggestions and ramps up the tempo with lots (and I mean lots) of fast paced repetition of fast arousal and/or pleasure suggestions until my brain gets overwhelmed.
I have seen several other tists do this though so don't feel limited to Z3n0v@. She has another HFO file that did FA for me, so personal experience is the style of the individual clip matters more than the overall tist.
Sorry I can't give you a "just use this file and it'll work" recommendation - I don't think that's how HFOs work for people tbh.
