IDK over 2 hours and 30 minutes seems way too long for a full file. I know some people like longer files but 丂卄丨乃乃ㄚ always seems to waste time with these such as the 40 minute deepener in her last 2 hour file. But it could still turn out good I guess.

In my experience there seems to be a sweet spot at 30-45 min, everything beyond that and its getting hard to stay focused. Experienced hypnotees might do an hour (but most actually don't want to go that long). Everything after that and you will not process it remotely as effective. Additionally sooner or later your body will get uncomfortable.

Agree on the deepener from the other part being a bit much, but the overall file length is manageable. Thankfully you can just grab the individual parts and mix and match to suit your needs.

My average session is around 4 hours, but its because I also take the opportunity to get high and tied up, anything less and it isn't worth the setup. Being on modafinil regularly probably helps with the focus too.

For a one on one session without all the bells and whistles sure, 45 minutes total sounds like a good baseline.
