When she first started her YouTube channel I quite liked her videos, but after following her on Twitter for a little while I realised she was an SJW, a bit of a drama queen and annoyingly preachy… probably a good thing she's shut down her social media - perhaps a sign that she's grown up a bit.

So I tried out one of her induction or introductory files on YouTube. My initial reaction on the voice and accent still hold. DMCA can easily be circumvented by compressing the files.

Do you seriously believe mega hires real human beings to stop piracy manually? Considering the amount of files to monitor, do you realize how much money that would cost, and how little it would benefit mega? The copyright holders themselves have to send emails to flag their copyrighted material, then mega takes it from there.

Which is really no different from how vola did it. As seen in >>72534, vola wasn't exempt from DMCA bullshit either. The difference between mega and vola is that the mega DMCA index is much more complete because it's a more popular site. But again, DMCA is easily avoided by zipping the files.
