Um, yesterday i listened to a file, it got to a point where my mind was wandering but i could still hear words, i just diddnt know what the tist was saying at least not until i heard the word "awake"
I really hope im making progress as a good subject lol.

There are many indicators that tell me when I've gone under - a feeling of heaviness in my body (arms, legs, eyelids feel too heavy to move/open), I find myself 'thinking' the hypnotists words as if they were my own thoughts as they say them, things start to feel like a dream as though I am floating inside their words, my internal dialogue stop thinking critically, sometimes I go so deep that i become unaware or the actual words they're saying even though on some level I'm still listening, and sometimes I wake on command without remembering the majority of the session… I can't say whether or not you were 'under' but the experience is different for me pretty much every time… sometimes I can barely trance because I'm just not in the right head space and others I go so deep it's like I'm an open book for them to write their words in…
