Totally in the same boat, I didn't even do the conditioning that much and I still notice armpits more now. I wouldn't say it made me just super into them, but I definitely went from having no opinion at all to appreciating them, so its very effective IMO

there are threads on cuckchan /h/ dedicated to these kinds of files, and there is a guy who calls himself voiceanon who posts in the >>>/v/ share thread. It would be good to ask him if he has any in his collection.

one method you could also try is browsing through dlsite and then looking for that specific content and recording its ID number (RJXXXX…)

then you could see if anyone has that file specifically. That method would also let you use web searches to help track down the file.
