count your calories and snack less. hypnosis is looking for the easy way out and while it may help at the end of the day you have to do the work.

>1. count calories, use something like myfitnesspal

>2. if you drink calories stop it. switch to water of diet soda

>2a. if you don't want to switch to diet soda because it tastes like shit, that's just because your taste buds aren't used to it. slowly transition from regular to diet and eventually you won't even notice. in fact regular soda will be absolutely disgusting to you, just a sugary syrupy mess

>2b. aspartame causing cancer and shit is a meme, there is literally nothing to back it up and if you do legitimate research you will see as much

>2c. the idea that sugar-free drinks make you more hungry is also a meme. the study was extremely flawed where it took preexisting fat people and concluded that if they drink diet instead of regular then they eat more food which is obvious because they're fat for a reason

>3 start exercising. you can do a lot of stuff at home with or without weights. weightlifting is just as good as cardio as at the end of the day you're burning calories. it can however be boring to just exercise and if you're too shy to start playing a sport just go for walks! walking burns an extremely surprising number of calories, so just go for a walk and slowly increase your time/distance. listen to music, podcasts or even hypno if you want!

>4 watch less TV. It may not be the case for you but I realized when I'm not engaged in an activity I tend to end up eating something. it's fine to watch TV or movies etc but when you're not actually doing anything other than sitting and watching it's very common to feel the need to snack.

Weight loss hypno may work for you, but it will pretty much just tell you to do these things anyway. Use hypno to supplement it if you want but with or without it these are the things that will get you off on the right foot.

There is a way simpler solution:

Reduce your enery intake by cutting your meals to two a day (no more than what reasonably fits on one normal plate), and don't eat in between meals (This is the difficult part). If you are very hungry drink a glas of water.

Stopping to drink normal soda is only necessary, if you're drinking more than a liter a day. The sugar content of cola is similar to pure orange juice in most European countries.

I don't like the idea of using artificial sweeteners (because of possibly negative effects on the digestive system), but apparently they are fine, and so should be diet soda.
