You can try to start with Tr4nce Tr4ining sessions.

So, I recently listened to a bit of SB, mostly +r1gger |1appy.

Here's what it did to me:

Made me want to suck cock much more than before

Made me associate my hard dick with sucking cock

Made me moan when feeling pleasure

And it might have:

Made me imagine being confortably embraced by a guy on two occasions (although It's absolutely disgusting to me, and just served to break any kind of hypnotic mood on the spot)

Also somebody kept asking about "when was the doorbell trigger implemented" in the other thread. Well fucking DUH, you've been conditioned your WHOLE life to pay attention to doorbells, and since you're in a trance you end up dumbfounded/stunned for a moment after the doorbell sound. Which is why it's often (but not always) followed by commands or affirmations in the files. Probably serves to pull you out and then bring you back into trance as well. As I said, he uses every single trick in the book.

Subliminals on the other hand, meh, not very effective unless coupled with conditioning, but I'm not into getting conditioned for the sake of it.

The best listens were the first three, but after that it really dulled quickly, and even had me think "fuck this shit" and stop listening midway. I'm just not going to do things I don't like, and you can't make me like them.

I tried +r1gger |1appy last night which I found in one of these threads thanks to some kind anon and I got mixed results. I felt like I'd gone really deep in trance. Actually there is, but no idea which thread I posted them to. At different points people have asked "is so and so file safe" or "what exactly is in so and so file" and I've given file autopsies for them - and not just SB. This broke down exactly what was in the file, and at times I even gave a timeline breakdown so they could check it out for themselves.

Sometimes this happened in SB specific threads, but quite often it happened in threads for other hypnotists or general request threads, etc. So they may well be lost among hundreds of other posts and threads.

I've also had 3 occasions in the past where someone stated I was lying or delusional about what was in SB files. At first when this happened I gave exact timeline breakdowns on what was said and when so that the doubting ones could find it for themselves.

Tentatively I think I did full breakdowns of five files but I can't recall which they were. I also did partial breakdowns where I just summarized what was inside for around 15-20 other files.

Kind of wish I had kept the data saved on my own computer so I could just upload it all to one spot.
