Well, I mean technically that'd be a "hands-free orgasm", but that's not really with the spirit of the idea.

There are several HFO hypnosis files that have been made with prostate massagers like the Aneros in mind. But I find them to be less satisfying and mostly less interesting than the files that give orgasms only through hypnosis and no external stimulation. Now I haven't had a lot of good luck with prostate massagers and the orgasms I've have from using them haven't really been anything St3||4r, which colors my opinion on the subject, so take that into account. That said, I find that the files which emphasize prostate massagers aren't quite as good as those that don't, maybe it's because the women making them don't have prostates, but I mean they don't have penises either and there have been some files that gave me strong ejaculatory orgasms, so I don't see why that'd be an issue. I think really the problem is that bio-feedback prostate massagers like the Aneros take a fair bit of practice and "re-wiring" as they like to put it. And a single hypnosis file won't give you that, and for new users I think it might actually distract from useful practice.

Frankly mixing hypnosis and toys seems counter productive to me, at least when it comes to hypnotically induced orgasms and physically induced ones. I don't think I'd be able to have both at the same time, and think that overall a toy distracts me from the hypnosis more often than not.
