Has anybody gotten this .zip to work?

I've downloaded it twice and I keep recieving an error that the archive either is in an unknown format or damaged whenever I try to open it.

Problem might be the zipping program version. If files are zipped using an up to date zipping program it can cause older versions of unzippers to read files as corrupt. This happens because different compression formulas are available now that weren't available even a couple years ago.
