I need to choose a dirt-cheap VPS for VPN.

Learning experience and MAYBE try using it to post on 4chan as my ISP is banned.

Been to LowEndBox but there are too many to choose from.

Anybody does/done this could help me choose the cheapest one that would do the job.

Willing to pay plus for privacy but not for specs.

There's OVH for low prices and good value for your dollars. Don't expect a lot of support, though. For that, pay more and go with Digital Ocean.
