海外社交平台X，28日开始流传一段拍摄日期不详的视频，显示有途经北京天安门广场的汽车，经过长安街正对着北京大会堂的路段。车内人士拍摄到，一辆绿色和橙色相关出租车，在现场撞毁多个护栏后，车头严重损毁停下。多名警察急步冲向出租车，有警察打破出租车车窗查看。
