南方做东北烤肉的一般不超过三个月就关门，就我家附近已经好几家这样了，我分析是肉不行，不知道是不是好点的牛肉成本太高了，老想着拿胶水肉冰鲜肉糊弄食客，虽然腌制的时候可以掩盖一点雪味，但是一上烤盘就露馅，不沾干料粉吃不下去
